Laura Waldon, Principal at Fred Wild Elementary School, is sponsoring the LOOM of Sebring Moose Lodge #2259 with their Operation Christmas Child project. The LOOM has donated two hundred and ten dollars to ship thirty boxes to children around the world. The Bible Fellowship Church of Sebring handles the distribution of the shoe boxes filled with gifts and last year distributed over four thousand collected from a four county area.
Since 1993 Operation Christmas Child has seen that more than one hundred million children in one hundred thirty countries have received shoe boxes experiencing life changing good and the love of God. Samaritans’ Purse is a nondenominational Christian organization that has provided spiritual and physical aid to victims since 1970 and works with churches and ministries.
A Samaritan Purse Celebration is being held at the New Hope Baptist Church in Wauchula on Tuesday, May 7 at 7:00.

A recycling bin has been placed on the east side of the Lodge specifically for all paper types. Please save your paper and bring it in. The money earned will go to the charitable causes done by the WOTM. Thank you for your efforts.
